This past Friday the AOMSA student club had its second session of the Point Location & Needling Technique Series. This series is featuring our professor mentor Dr. Kwon, and the second topic was Master Tung鈥檚 points.
The AOMSA club was lucky, because prior to Covid, Dr. Kwon led several CEU (continuing education units) courses on the topic of Master Tung. The session began with the origin of the differing theory, then he discussed the uniqueness of the Master Tung system, followed by differing techniques. The session then focused on a few important points, followed by a needling demonstration. All in all, I think it was a successful event, I saw some new faces, which is great and what we are aiming for.
