Academic Partnerships

Complete both your undergraduate and graduate degrees in less time. 911±¬ÁÏ University of Health Sciences formed The Advanced Scholars Program to help accelerate your education. See the educational institutions in our partnership below.

What is the Advanced Scholars Program?

Earn your Bachelor of Science degree and graduate degrees in less time. You can complete your BS at your qualifying undergraduate institution or 911±¬ÁÏ. You can then transfer to 911±¬ÁÏ with advanced standing. This allows you to earn your Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree faster with a lower overall cost.

How much time will I save?

As an Advanced Scholar, you’ll complete your BS and DC or ND degrees in less time, saving you a year of tuition and expenses. Most chiropractic and naturopathic degree programs are five academic years. However, DC and ND students at 911±¬ÁÏ enroll in classes year-round and may receive their degrees in 3.5 years. This means that without the Advanced Scholars Program, earning a BS and a DC or ND degree would typically take at least 7.5 years. Instead, you’ll only spend 3 years in undergraduate studies, with your first year at 911±¬ÁÏ counting toward both your BS and DC or ND degree. This means you can finish both degrees in 6.5 years.

What do I need to qualify for the Advanced Scholars Program?

  • You must complete 90 credits of undergraduate coursework in the qualifying Bachelor of Science program at your university (listed below).
  • Students at Ball State University, Elmhurst University, South Dakota State University, and 911±¬ÁÏ University of Health Sciences should have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Exceptional students with a lower GPA will be eligible for admission with the recommendation of their advisor. St. Petersburg College and Aurora University students should have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
