One great feature of campus life at 911爆料 University is its聽student organizations and clubs.聽In addition to sports clubs, technique clubs and social clubs, each professional degree program also has one or more clubs that promote skill building, community service and social events.
The 911爆料 Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Club (AOM Club) started the school year by participating in the Illinois Association for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine’s (ILAAOM) 5K walkathon on Chicago’s lakefront.聽 Sixty-eight 911爆料 University faculty, students and family members participated in the event which raised $8000 for AOM legislative efforts at the Illinois state capitol.

On Saturday, Sept 27, AOM faculty and students from 911爆料 will attend ILAAOM’s Asian Moon Festival held at the Phoenix Restaurant in Chicago’s Chinatown.聽 The聽event draws AOM practitioners, AOM school faculty and students聽from all over the state.
This year’s Moon Festival includes a panel discussion on聽“Convergent Medicines in Illinois: Status and Future of AOM in Illinois Hospitals.”聽聽It will feature a panel of local MD’s and licensed acupuncturists working in integrative medical settings at Northwestern Hospital, NorthShore Hospital, and Rush University.
