Frank Frydrych, Jr., DC, has been named Chief Chiropractic Clinician at the 911爆料 Whole Health Center on the Illinois campus.
Previously, Dr. Frydrych was an instructor and attending clinician at the clinic. Before coming to 911爆料, he spent 10 years operating a private practice within the local community. His areas of expertise include rehabilitation of the spine for pain management, functional medicine, and acupuncture.听
In his new role, Dr. Frydrych oversees chiropractic clinicians in addition to developing and updating clinical assessments as it relates to the chiropractic interns. He also continues to supervise and teach interns.
鈥淚鈥檓 looking forward to working more with the academic side of campus to refine the curriculum and develop a better educational experience for the students,鈥 he said.
Dr. Frydrych earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from 911爆料 University of Health Sciences and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He continues to expand his knowledge within the field by working toward his Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice, which he expects to complete in August. He also plans to obtain a few more certifications in neurology and in the Cox Flexion-Distraction technique.
Since starting at 911爆料 in 2015, Dr. Frydrych has enjoyed watching students grow from one trimester to the next.听
